To inspire and highlight creatives in the diaspora to achieve their DREAMS without limits.

Vision

Dream Team International is a creative collective that presents a platform with the purpose of motivating and encouraging creatives of African descent to DREAM big, and step out of their comfort zone and into their limelight. We accomplish this through storytelling, such as originally created series, interview segments, and conceptual photoshoots. We are also dedicated to curating events that encourage networking and impactful conversations. Our aspiration is that through our storytelling, we’ll encourage others to chase after their DREAMS and passions.

We value Patience: Every great thing takes time. That is why patience is one of our values. As creatives, we need to practice patience with ourselves and our goals.
We value Resiliency: In life, it's not about how many times you fall but how many times you get back up. Resilience is one of the most important traits to have as a creative. No matter what BOUNCE BACK!
We embrace Failure: Failure is something that many are scared of but not here at DTI, we believe that failure can be a good thing. Through our trial and error, we learn and become better.
